This unique 3 piece suede ensemble belonged to a fashion model agency owner who eventually settled here in Calgary. She had some amazing pieces and these are no exception. These heavy suede pieces have iconic rockstar, Woodstock, boho vibes! The pants are fully lined hip-huggers that are meant to be worn as a snug fit. They have a metal zipper, big belt loops and 12 fringe at the bottom. Below you will find all the measurements I think you will need to judge the fit against your body but please don't hesitate to ask for more. *These have been tried on by a medium sized gal and she was not able to get them all the way up because the zipper is fairly short and doesn't open to accommodate large hips so they really are best suited for a small to medium, slimmer build. Rise from crotch seam to front waistline edge is 10.5 Rise from crotch seam to back waistline edge is 14.5 Waistline measurement is 30 - this is a high hip fit Hip measurement level with the crotch seam is 42 - this is a low hip measurement Thigh: 23. Inseam: 30.5. Zipper length: 6.75 Total length: 40 The matching vest is a medium, 38 bust when held closed and has a 12 fringe. Total length of the vest is 25 The cape is stunning!! Gorgeous piecework on the front panel in shades of browns and blues. The side and back panels have cross stitch detailing and there are leather buttons that close the cape on the side front. The cape is constructed open at the sides of the front panel to release your arms and can be worn with or without the matching belt which is not attached to the cape. The measurement across where I think the shoulder would fall is about 19 and the full length of the cape is 33 Condition: The overall condition of all three pieces is very good. I am very picky about condition and want to be as clear as possible about what I see on the item. That being said, this ensemble is in very wearable condition as is and could be professionally cleaned if to make it sparkle but there is no mending required and very little visible wear. There is light soiling on the creases of the pant. The vest also has light soiling on the creases and light wear under the arm. The cape is in wonderful condition and has a darker streak where the belt wraps at the waist and is covered by the belt.
