Here's a wool long underwear set from the 1940s. These are military issue from the US Army or Navy.
The top is long sleeve and pullover. The pants have a cotton yoke, button fly & lace-up back with metal rivets.
We found these in the south & the pants appear to be virtually unworn.

Condition: Pre-owned in fair/good condition. The top is flea-bitten with several holes around the underarm. Fraying around the collar & cuffs. Some discoloration on the top, it appears yellowish in contrast to the pants that are in very good condition.
