Lake Country Flat Cutback DA Yellow Foam Cutting Pads are made exclusively for use on DA or Random Orbital machines. Lake Country Orange Light Cutting Flat Foam Pads is firm, high density foam for scratch and defect removal. Use this pad with polishes and swirl removers. It’s an all around pad that will work on most light to moderate imperfections. Lake Country Green Foam Flat Light Polishing Pads are used for medium polishing in smaller areas. Use this foam to apply one-step cleaner waxes. It is a balance of polishing and finishing that is perfect for all-in-one product application. Lake Country Flat Cutback DA Black Foam Finishing Pads are made exclusively for use on DA or Random Orbital machines. The new RUPES BIGFOOT HLR75 iBRID MINI POLISHER represents the evolution of RUPES tools with iBrid dual-power technology. Ideally suited for polishing applications in curves, contours, and compact spaces, the HLR75 iBrid Mini features a 12mm orbit and Ø75mm (3-inch) backing plate for maneuverability and precise control.

Lithium-ion battery cells (18V 2.5Ah) with LED indicators show the charge level with the push of a button. A full charge allows for between 35 and 45 minutes of continuous operating time.

The HLR75 iBrid Mini Battery Charger is custom designed to fit the iBrid Mini’s unique battery pack system. The charging station indicates charge status using integrated LED lights and provides 100% charge from zero to full in approximately 35 minutes.

Built to handle any detailing situation, the new LHR 15 MarkIII is the new frontier of detailing. The ergonomic design allows for precise paint correction with complete comfort, in curved surfaces and difficult to reach areas. The LHR 15 MarkIII operates at a higher rpm compared to the LHR21 MarkIII. This increased speed provides equivalent correction and does so with a pad diameter and orbit that are more conducive to curved or varied surfaces.

RANDOM ORBITAL: the backing plate follows an orbit (the amplitude of which depends on the distance between the rotation axis of the drive shaft and the central axis of the backing plate) and is free to rotate about its own central axis. The backing plate is free to rotate at varying velocities and directions by effect of the centrifugal force of the offset movement and by effect of friction. Should the friction forces be such as to prevent rotation of the disc while the tool is still operating, the random orbital movement would simply become an orbital movement. The number of disc rotations is variable and independent of the number of orbits performed. The random orbital movement is at present the best compromise in terms of effectiveness and surface treatment quality.

Thanks to the backing pad with small diameter, the LHR 75E is perfect in polishing applications on small and intricate areas. The small machine dimensions and the 12mm orbit allow a comfortable handling and accuracy in detail polishing.

The speed controller is both practical and easy to use. The speed of the polisher can also be easily adjusted without interrupting the work.
