These are super comfy & stretchy leggings for girls. These are girls' must-have items that can be worn throughout the year! ! I used a heather grey stretch knit for the body, and attached 4 layers of heather grey knit ruffles at the bottom with a satin bow. The ruffles are rolled hem stitched in the same color. With the full ruffles, these are very girly, fashionable, and unique leggings that you can only find here in my store! These are 100% handmade by me, using high quality & soft knit fabrics.
