I have competed and trained for 15 years with the top athletes in the country as well as the top coaches and physios. From this I have been able to pick parts that I believe are beneficial to all athletes. I offer my years of knowledge and harsh yet rewarding style of training to athletes and customers who really want to progress. One route in which I currently do this is via the Keele Weightlifting Society.
