While most high impact bras are highly structured and often look and feel like bullet proof vest, this bra’s fabric feels a lot like the fabric on performance leggings. I do believe that for people in the size range, this bra could be used for high impact on the order of jogging/running outside where your stride is longer than on a treadmill and therefore there’s a bit less bounce. I believe the cup fabric may be too soft for super high impact like HIIT or Cycling, but runners, absolutely try this, as it’s lightweight and easy to move in! Sizing: Size range is 30-38 bands C-G UK/C-I US cups. The bands run tight so you MAY want to sister size up. However, if you LOVE a tight band, you can buy your normal size and wait for the band to stretch a bit. I have a feeling given the fabric that this bra will break in to a band size truer to size with about a week of wear. The cups are VERY forgiving given the flexible material. If you are slightly out of the cup range (like maybe GG or H in each band), you still may be able to fit in the G cup. My sizing: I wear a 24J/JJ UK, and I’m wearing a 30G UK in this bra. Typically I wear a GG in 30 bands, but again, this cup is quite forgiving. NOTE: Please remember that sports bras are engineered for their size ranges. If you decide to sister size or fit a slightly larger cup into this bra, your bounce level might be higher. I found my high impact bounce reduce by 60% so I personally wear this for medium impact cardio like speed walking or elliptical”
